Support

We're a small team — you'll hear back from a real person.

PIN is the app that catches the content that inspires you — reels, posts, videos, articles, screenshots — from anywhere, and helps you turn it into content of your own. If something isn't working or you have a question, email founder@catchandpin.app and we'll help directly.

Get in touch

The fastest way to reach us is email: founder@catchandpin.app. Tell us what device you're on (iPhone or Android) and what you were trying to do, and we'll get back to you — usually within two business days.

How do I save something?

From any app — Instagram, YouTube, X, Safari, Photos, anywhere — tap the Share button and choose PIN. The link, post, video, or screenshot lands in your library in one tap. You can also paste a link straight into the app with the + button.

On iPhone, if you don't see PIN in the share sheet the first time, scroll the app row, tap More, then Edit, and enable PIN.

Where do my saves go?

Saves appear in the Pins tab. Organise them into collections in Remanence. Search uses locally available titles, notes, summaries and extracted text, and works offline. For meaning-based questions and connections across your library, use Ask Pebble with an internet connection.

What does Pebble do?

Pebble is the assistant inside PIN. It reads and watches what you save, answers questions about your library (with the original saves cited), researches topics with real sources, and turns your saved inspiration into draft scripts you can review and adapt. If an answer ever looks wrong, email us with the question you asked and we'll look into it.

A share or save isn't working

Complete sign-in online first. After that, PIN saves locally and syncs when a connection is available, so a pin may appear instantly and finish processing a moment later. If a save is stuck or missing, force-quit and reopen the app to trigger a fresh sync. If it still doesn't show up, email founder@catchandpin.app with what you tried to save and we'll investigate.

How do I personalise Studio?

Open your creator profile from Account. Add your audience, goals and style, and choose saved work as voice references. These preferences guide future content generation; existing drafts are not automatically rewritten. Review generated content and its sources before publishing.

Can we collect ideas together?

Open a collection's people controls to invite someone using the email linked to their PIN account. Owners and administrators manage membership and permissions. Members with edit access can contribute saves; comments keep the discussion with the collection.

How do reminders work?

Set a reminder from a pin or while saving. Reminders are scheduled on your device and need notification permission. Check PIN's notification access in your phone settings if reminders do not appear. Syncing your library does not make a local reminder an alarm on every device.

Managing your account and data

You can export everything you've saved as a JSON file from Account → Export my data inside the app. To delete your account and all associated data, use Account → Delete account, or see our account deletion page for details. Deletion is irreversible.

Privacy and terms
